The goods supplied and sold by Shadola Lifestyle have warranties to the extent of the manufacturer’s warranty. This means that, to the extent permitted by statute, Shadola Lifestyle is not bound by, or takes responsibility for, any warranty, representation or term – express or implied – other than that provided by the manufacturer of the goods. The manufacturer’s warranty only applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Warranty claims must be submitted at the purchaser’s expense by returning the goods to our warehouse. Please contact us before returning and if you require any further clarification before making your purchase. Our experienced team is always happy and willing to help!
Here at Shadola Lifestyle we care for our customers. That is why the goods sold and distributed by us come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality during the warranty period, and the failure does not amount to a major failure, at our discretion.

Shadola Lifestyle values the customer experience but does not guarantee that its service will be free from delays, omissions, interruptions, inaccuracies, viruses or other harmful elements. This site and the contents therein make no warranties or representations of any kind.
Shadola Lifestyle values customer satisfaction and offers a 30 day money back guarantee for all internet customers.* The product must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date and in the same condition in which it was sold to you. Please provide reasons for the return, and contact our office so we can arrange a freight delivery service from your house. Otherwise, we will not accept any liability for goods that get damaged on their return to us, and you may incur additional shipping costs (such as if the products are returned to the wrong address).
Please also be aware that it can take up to 14 days for goods delivered within the Sydney CBD to arrive in our warehouse in Seven Hills, and up to 5 business days after we receive the goods for the funds to show in your account. All goods will be inspected on return, and returns will only be accepted for reasons in accordance with these provisions. Customers are allowed to cancel their order, however a 20% administration fee will apply, the amount of which will be calculated on the total purchase price of the goods.

This money back guarantee will take the form of a refund or store credit (at the discretion of the owner) totalling the purchase price of the goods less two delivery fees (the first delivery to your address, and the second delivery back to our warehouse).
In the unlikely event your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact our staff immediately. It is your duty to inspect the goods upon delivery and to send photographic evidence of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours. Shadola Lifestyle will then inspect the goods at their earliest convenience and determine whether any repair, replacement or refund is required. Please be aware that replacements may take up to 12 weeks to deliver if the item is out of stock, so we encourage you to be patient and will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative for you in the meantime.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state of New South Wales, Australia. Shadola Lifestyle cares for its customers, but cannot guarantee that the content of this site complies with the laws of any area outside New South Wales.
